1. General Terms

4. Deposits and Payments

Royal138 supports deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Deposits made using third-party accounts or shared payment credentials are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Royal138 does not accept cash deposits.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your Royal138 account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Royal138 does not charge fees on deposits from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Royal138 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid ID document and confirmation of your payment method.

The following general rules apply to all Royal138 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility requirements vary by offer and may include account status, deposit history or residency.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal rules; bonus funds become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Royal138 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are determined by the software providers' certified random number generators (RNG). 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Royal138. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Royal138 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity concerns, failure to complete verification, or unusual account activity that requires investigation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Royal138 will communicate with the account holder via their registered email address. The investigation timeframe depends on the complexity of the matter. Royal138 aims to resolve account-related investigations promptly.

You may also choose to close your Royal138 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

If an account is closed by Royal138 due to breach of these Terms, any balance — including real money funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Royal138 will notify the player of the closure decision and the reason where legally permissible to do so.

10. Privacy and Data
